PURPOSE:To restrict the quantity of a foamed material charged to a required minimum quantity, by charging a foamed material into a closed space formed by an insert body and an inside wall of a frame member. CONSTITUTION:At a T-shaped part of the frame member 1 which part requires reinforcement, the insert body 2 is inserted into an internal space 3, the closed space 5 is formed by the outside surface of the body 2, sealing parts 4 of end parts 2a1, 2b1, 2c1 and the inside wall 1A of the frame member 1, and a foamed material 7 is packed into the space 5, so that the quantity of the material 7 packed is largely reduced. In addition, since the space 5 is partitioned by the sealing parts 4 provided at the end parts 2a1, 2b1, 2c1 of shaft parts 2a, 2b, 2c of the insert body 2, no extreme strength change is generated at the reinforced parts. |
