PURPOSE:To realize a circuit suitable for circuit integration and low voltage operation by amplifying a part of an input signal with an amplifier having an emitter peaking. CONSTITUTION:A signal applied to a base of a transistor(TR) 12 from a terminal 11, is amplified for the high frequency component by emitter peaking at a capacitor 14 and resistors 15, 16. Further, the high frequency component is amplified by a differential amplifier. In case of a large input signal, the differential amplifier is saturated and the amplitude is restricted. On the other hand, the input signal is current-amplified by a TR28. The output of the TR28 and the output of a TR26 current-amplifying the high frequency component are synthesized and outputted from a terminal 29. |
