PURPOSE:To input efficiently multi-item information, by reading page sheet discrimination holes by an optical sensor to generate a discrimination signal of a desired page sheet when the page is selected. CONSTITUTION:A desired page sheet member out of plural page sheet members 14 is supplied from the outside and is rolled by the rotation of a winding shaft 91. When the winding shaft 91 is rotated in the rolling direction and the unrolling direction in accordance with the switch operation of a page selecting key group, the sheet member 14 is wound off the winding shaft 91, and only a desired page sheet 141 set in the selection position is led out so as to face an input group of a keyboard part 7. The output gives a function indication to the switch of an input key group, and page sheets other than the desired page sheet 141 are led out to a guiding path 13 under the keyboard part 7. When the page is selected, the optical sensor reads page discrimination holes to generate the discrimination signal of the desired page sheet. |
