PURPOSE:To generate random numbers with a simple constitution, by providing a numerical value input means, which inputs a population for an arithmetic processing, and an input means, which inputs a signal asynchronously with the arithmetic procesing of an arithmetic processor, in the arithmetic processor, and stopping the arithmetic processing to extract random numbers. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic processor 2 is constituted with X, Y, and Z registers 4, 5, and 6 and an arithmetic processing gate 7, and a population for leading out random numbers from a key input device 1 is inputted to this gate 7. This input is applied to the register 4 and a displayed on a display device 3, and its contents are transferred to the register 5, and contents of the register 5 are transferred to the register 4 again, and arithmetic processing X-1 is performed; and if a prescribed input does not exist, contents of the register 4 are counted down by a decimal counter 8 and are set to zero. When contents of the register 4 is reduced to zero, the population stored in the register 5 is transferred to the register 4 again, and the same arithmetic is repeated; and when a prescribed key input is inputted from a key input device 1, arithmetic X-1 X is stopped, and contents at this time are displayed as random numbers on the device 3. |
