The subject of the invention is an apparatus for muscle-development of the lower limb, which makes it possible progressively to weight this limb with 0.5 kg to 6 kg by the addition of weights fixed on a type of boot 1. Adjustable straps 2 permit work on all foot sizes and even on feet which are in plaster. The weights 3 are fixed in bags 4 placed as in a huntsman's cartridge belt. <IMAGE>
