In drilling tools, in particular for large-diameter holes, the fastening of the drill bit to the hollow-cylindrical holder raises problems. To be able to keep the wall thickness of the holder and of the drill bit small and yet provide a reliable positive-locking connection between the drill bit and the hollow-cylindrical holder, the holder (1) and the drill bit (2), having the same wall thickness as the holder, interlock with teeth (11, 21) and are held in the assembled state by a clamping ring (4) which is inserted into an annular groove (12, 22) having the same width as the clamping ring (4). <IMAGE>
