<p>The invention relates to a self-flowing, adhesive flooring compound and to a process for its manufacture. The flooring compound according to the invention has the following composition: 36 - 45% by mass of cement, 45 - 58% by mass of sand and/or ground limestone, 2 - 5% by mass of gypsum, silica, bentonite or mixtures thereof, 1 - 3% by mass of casein, 0.05 - 0.18% by mass of NaF, 0 - 1.2% by mass of silicone oil, soda and/or hydrated lime, 0 - 4.0% by mass of zeolite, 0 - 0.5% by mass of methylcellulose and 0 - 20% by mass of fly ash and/or ground blast furnace slag. The dry flooring compound is produced by dry mixing of its components. For application, it is stirred up with 20-30% of water and then applied in a layer thickness of 2-20 mm. Due to its good flow properties, a smooth surface is formed rapidly, which is walkable already after one day and whose mechanical parameters (compressive strength, flexural strength, dimensional stability) in some cases exceed the properties of similar known products.</p> |
