PURPOSE:To remove carbon, entering or being produced in a device when back fire occurs, to damp the shock waves of propagating back flame, and to cause diffusion and flame-out of back flame, by mating a cylindrical filter, made of a sintered alloy, outwardly with a filter case. CONSTITUTION:A filter unit 7 is adapted to prevent adhesion of carbon to particularly an inlet valve 6, to maintain the valve in a condition that it is operated smoothly, and to diffuse and flame out back flame. An approximately cylindrical filter case 29 is screwed in an outlet side case 4a to form a gas passage with the interior of an outlet valve 6a and of the filter case 29, and a filter 30, having through-pores, is located outwardly in a manner to cover a gas pass-through hole 32. The filter 30 is made of preferably a sintered alloy having heat resistance and shock resistance. Even if a part of residual carbon in a gas pipe reversely flows in a device 3, it is removed by the filter 30, and thereby, no influence is exercised on the inlet valve 6. |
