PURPOSE:To facilitate the working and handling and heighten the strength of a collector by a structure wherein an absorber pipe and a metallic end plate, which seals the interior of a glass outer tube, consist of a vertical thin end plate stock and a thick supporting pipe, which is separated from said end plate stock and installed parallel to the absorber pipe with a small clearance therebetween and yet to which an evacuation tip pipe is attached, so as to be able to absorb the thermal elongation and contraction between the outer tube and the absorber pipe. CONSTITUTION:A metallic end plate 4 consists of a vertical thin end plate stock 4a and a thick supporting pipe 4b, which is separate from said end plate stock 4a and installed parallel to the absorber pipe 2 with a small clearance therebetween and yet to which an evacuation tip pipe 8 is fixed. Handling of a collector is remarkably easy, because no damage of the collector occurs, even if external force is applied to the tip pipe 7 during the transportation, installation, and the like due to the large fixing strength of the tip pipe 7. Furthermore, the solar heat collector with high strength is made, because the absorber pipe 2 is stubbornly fixed by being welded to the thick supporting pipe 4b. In addition, the thermal elongation and contraction between the outer tube 1 and the absorber pipe 2 can be absorbed, because the end plate stock 4a turned to be elastic. |
