PURPOSE:To give copying paper proper heating value at any environmental temperature by detecting the temperature of the copying paper directly and indirectly, and determining set fixation temperature according to the detection. CONSTITUTION:The 1st temperature detecting element 13 is connected to a DC power source VCC through a variable resistance VR, and the 2nd temperature detecting element 16 is connected through a resistance R1. Then, their intermediate points are connected to the minus terminal and plus terminal of a comparator 17. The output of this comparator 17 is inputted to base of a transistor (TR)19 through a resistance R3. The signal terminal of a switch means 20 is connected to the collector of this TR19. When the TR19 is turned on and off, a heater 12 turns on and off. Therefore, a voltage Vb rises and falls according to variation in the temperature of the copying paper. Thus, the set fixation temperature is determined to give the copying paper the adequate heating value in any environment. |
