PURPOSE:To enable immediate inspection on whether a nail sticks into a tire or not by burying a belt-shaped flat nail detector longer than the circumference of the tire on the road surface at the tire passage position of a gate to be connected to an alarm. CONSTITUTION:Belt-shaped flat nail detectors 1, 2, 1', 2', 1'' and 2'' longer than the circumference of a tire are buried at tire passage points in positions A, B and C of allowing a car to run at an entrance gate of a fare booth for an express way and output terminals thereof are connected to alarms 3, 3' and 3''. As a car approaching the express way moves on the nail detector, any nail sticking into the tire will be indicated, actuating the alarms. |
