PURPOSE:To form a seal member in soft construction fully utilizing its flexure so as to improve seal performance and reliability, by preparing the seal member in a slightly larger thickness and providing a groove in the circumferential direction of a valve. CONSTITUTION:A valve is constituted by a pressing rod 4 and a seal member 5 pressed to the wall of a fluid passage 3, and a receiving part 2, pressed to the wall of the fluid passage 3, of the seal member 5 is provided with elasticity by providing a groove 16 in the seal member 5. Consequently, a decrease in seal performance caused by less machining accuracy is suppressed, thus the force of pressing the seal member can be weakened. Accordingly, the valve is easily prepared, while its operation part, valve part and also the receiving part or the like can be formed in a small size, thus its reliability is enhanced. |
