PURPOSE:To prevent a user from being burnt with high temperature water by unconsciously opening a tap by a structure wherein a motor operated valve is provided in the midway of a hot water supplying piping and at the same time a control device, which closes the motor operated valve, when the temperature of a temperature sensor arranged near a hot water supplying port exceeds a set temperature, and opens the motor operated valve for a certain fixed period of time by operating a manual hot water supplying switch. CONSTITUTION:A motor operated valve 3 is connected in the midway of a hot water supplying piping 2 and a hot water temperature sensor 6 is mounted near the hot water supplying port of a hot water storage tank 1b. When the hot water supplying temperature detected by the hot water temperature sensor 6 exceeds a temperature set by the variable resistor 7 of a remote controller 9, a signal from a temperature controlling circuit 12 drives a relay 11 so as to close a contact point 10 in order to actuate a motor operated valve 3 to realize the state to close the hot water supplying piping 2. When a hot water supplying switch 8, which is arranged on the remote controller 9, is depressed, the relay 11 is excited and simultaneously a timer circuit 13 is started, resultin in releasing the excitation of said relay 11 after the elapse of a predetermined period of time. The period of time, during which the hot water supplying piping is open, is set enough long for supplying hot water to a bathtub 5. |
