PURPOSE:To control the entry of polluted air into a building by a method wherein the air in a story, on which a gate way for cars exists, is unidirectionally carried toward the gate way by means of a jet air stream blow-off unit for carrying air and said carried air is blown-off obliquely outside through air blow-off nozzles or slits provided on the peripheral surface of a gate way passage. CONSTITUTION:The air past through an air intake 57 provided near the ceiling of the interior B of a building is raised its pressure up to high and supplied to slits 59a and 59b on both side walls, slits 60 on the ceiling, and slits 61 on the floor so as to be blown-off from the whole peripheral surface of an entrance passage obliquely outward in the form of high speed air in order to be blown upon the whole surface of a car body in the form of high speed air stream obliquely with respect to the in-coming direction of a car, resulting in blowing pollutants away in the direction to the exterior A of the building. At the exit, the blown-off air stream is formed outward only by the slits 59 on both the side walls, therefore slits on the floor and the ceiling being omitted, because only the prevention of the entry of polluted air is necessary. The difference between the pressures in the interior B and in the exterior A of the building, which may be developed for some causes of other, is managed by controlling a fan 58 stepwise in response to a detection value detected with differential pressure detectors 62 mounted in the interior B and the exterior A. Consequently, the pollution of the interior of the building by way of the parking space is prevented. |
