PURPOSE:To make the shaking force controllable, by providing fluid pressure chambers capable of driving a movable weight in circumferential direction with reference to a stationary weight and maintaining the same in place by controlling supply and discharge of the working fluid. CONSTITUTION:A stationary weight 31 is fixedly defined as a sector portion extending radially in a flywheel, and a movable weight 32 is disposed in the space in the flywheel to be rotatable circumferentially. The movable weight is provided with the working oil seal 35 on its exterior. The working oil from an external fluid pressure unit 36 is introduced into one of the fluid pressure chamber 33a of the flywheel through an electromagnetic change-over valve 37, an oil supply box 38, and an oil supply pipe 34, and the movable weight 32 is thereby shifted. At the same time, the working oil pressed out from the other fluid pressure chamber 33b is returned to the original fluid pressure unit 36 through another passage. By actuating the solenoid valve 37, the position of the movable weight 32 can be controlled and the shaking force can thus be freely controlled. |
