A brake shoe for the wheel of a train which does not contain any magnetic material, iron and natural carbon that may cause the false operation of the automatic controls and does not raise temperatures, is manufactured by mixing synthetic rubber powder(5-9%), asphalt powder(5-10%), pbo(0.5-5%), calcium steatate(0.1-2%), asbestos(15-23%), artificial diamond powder(5-25%), barite(5-6%), phenolic resin(8-12%), nut oil of tropical plants(15-22%), a mixture of olivine and zirconium silicate(1-3%), stabilizer (polymer compound) (5-10%) with water, pressing the mixture in a mold; and annealing it for 10 hours.
