发明名称 LIQUID FUEL BURNER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily and proportionally perform automatic control of a combustion amount and to miniaturize and simplify a structure, by a method wherein an actuator, linearly generating thrust proportionl to a change in an input current, is coupled to a valve on the bypass side to vary the flow rate of fuel on the bypass circuit side. CONSTITUTION:On the way of a bypass circuit 8 extending from a connection port 4a of a nozzle holder 4 of a bypass nozzle 5 to an oil leveller 2, a valve 9, provided at the inside thereof with a valve mechanism for regulating the flow rate of fuel, is provided. An actuator 10, coupled to the valve 9, is actuated by means of a magnetic field, generated by a permanent magnet 12 with a D.C. power source closed, of electromagnetic coils 11, 11. The magnetic field of the electromagnetic coils 11, 11 exercises thrust on the permanent magnet, and the thrust is exerted in a direction in which the valve 9 is closed, resulting in a decrease in the flow rate through a bypass and an increases in the amount of fuel atomized through the bypass nozzle. An electric input to the actuator 10 may be produced about in proportion to generation of the thrust, and the amount of fuel atomized may be controlled, resulting in the ability to control combustion.
