PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the captioned carburettor as well as to provide for the captioned device the same function as a single point fuel injection device, by electronically controlling the amount of a fuel discharged into a suction air passage by making use of controlled suction air negative pressure. CONSTITUTION:A main nozzle 2 is provided upstream from a throttle valve 1 for controlling the flow rate of air which an internal combustion engine sucks, an air valve 3 for controlling negative pressure applied to the main nozzle 2 is provided upstream from said nozzle 2, and further an electronic fuel control valve 4 capable of electronically controlling a fuel flow rate discharged from said nozzle 2. The electronic fuel control valve 4 is an electromagnetic solenoid valve or a needle actuator. The pressure applied to the mian nozzle 2 is negative, so that a fuel pump, or the like is not required, and the atomization of the fuel discharged from said nozzle 2 is assured by the air in a suction air sub- passage 7 for by-passing the air valve 3. |
