<p>Electrothermal vulcanisation ovens are described for natural or synthetic rubber articles formed on metal cores and/or comprising incorporated metal parts, through which an electric current can be circulated to produce heat sufficient for vulcanisation. The described ovens essentially comprise an insulated chamber (7, 8, 9) tightly closed laterally and open at its front and rear by a space sufficient to allow the bare metal parts to emerge. These are fixed in suitable openable clamps (1) which are connected in an appropriate manner to an electric curent supply apparatus.</p> |
