PURPOSE:To enable to perform freely setting of a notched shearing angle, by a method wherein a set of the upper and lower shearing cutting edge devices is constituted by hinging a pair of shearing cutting edges extending in the right and left directions and its shearing angle is set by a pair of hinged guide wings. CONSTITUTION:While an upper shearing cutting edge device 1 is constituted by fixing a shearing upper cutting edge 1a on a stepped part of the lower edge of each of a pair of hinged receiving component 4 respectively, a lower shearing cutting edge device 2 is constituted by fixing a shearing lower cutting edge 2a on a stepped part of the upper edge of each of a pair of receiving component 6 respectively. A shearing angle setting device 10 is constituted by connecting a pair of guide wings 11 having a wingform notched opening 12 openably and closably by an upper and lower hinge devices 13 and 14 with each other and the upper shearing cutting edge device 1 is mounted on the tip of a hydraulic cylinder 16 positioning at a hinge shaft A in the upper side of a material insertion opening 15 of the setting device 10. The receiving component 6 of the lower shearing cutting edge device 2 is mounted and secured on an inner edge of the lower side of the material insertion opening 15 by the lower shearing cutting edge device 2, and shearing of a material is made to perform by joint operation of the lower shearing cutting edge device 2 and the upper cutting edge 1a which is ascended and descended by the hydraulic cylinder 16. |
