PURPOSE:To generate a large torque of low speed with a small-sized, light weight and simple structure by repeating the operation that cylindrical piezoelectric units are alternately fixed and separated a rotor and the ultrafine rotation of circumferential direction by circumferential drive units. CONSTITUTION:A pair of cylindrical piezoelectric units 1, 2 radially contract and expand by an electric signal.
