摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device capable of improving setting accuracy, by providing a constant pressure controlling loop indenpendently of a conventional constant position controlling loop, and increasing the speed of a rolling force control such as automatic zeroing control. CONSTITUTION:A set value FREF of rolling force is set by a setter 7 of a constant pressure controlling loop provided independently of a constant position controlling loop consisting of a device 1, a detector 3, an integrator 5, and a corrector 10 of constant position control, etc., and a rolling force feedback FFBK11 is obtained by a detector 6. A rolling force integrator 9 is required for setting an automatic rolling force by a rolling force reference value F*REF. The constant pressure control is performed basing on an equation, and a signal is outputted to a valve 2 so as to bring a rolling force deviation to DELTAF=0, and the constant position controlling loop at the this time is in a off- state. Further, in rolling force controlling such as automatic zeroing control, etc., the deviations of FFBK from the setter 7 and the RREF are also detected respectively. In addition, the variation of draft position of rolling rolls generating at the time when the constant pressure controlling loop is changed to the constant position controlling one or changed inversely are respectively prevented by both compensators 10, 11 of the constant position and pressure control.</p>
