摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate machining of a corner part, by controlling a work and a guide according to a shifting quantity to be calculated based on data of a machining path relative to each of the tapered surfaces, in performing machining of a corner in a chamferform state on a corner part where two tapered surfaces are crossed with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a chamferform corner shape CS is provided on each corner part CN in a work whose each of the sides are made into tapered surfaces TP1, TP2 having different taper angles from each other, position control of a wire is performed so that the wire meets at right angles with a shifting direction of the wire in machining of each tapered surface at the time of completion of the machining of the tapered surface TP1 and starting of the machining of the tapered surface TP2. In this instance, each of points A, A1, A2; B, B1, B2; B', B1', B2'; C, C1, C2 consisting of the taper angle of each of the taper surfaces TP, a distance between the upper and lower guides UG, DG and a distance from the lower guide DG to the bottom of the work is obtained. Then, vectors for shifting quantity of the work and the guide are obtained through a coordinate value of each of the points, through which shift control of the work and the upper guide UG is performed.
