PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a canned liquid-sealed motor by etching a spiral groove on the outer periphery opposed to the can of a bearing secured to rotational shafts at both sides of a rotor core and on one end face of a bearing opposed to a thrust bearing. CONSTITUTION:Spiral bearings 23, 24 are secured to a rotational shaft 14 at both sides of a rotor core 9 at a fine gal from a can 6 for enclosing a stator. Spiral grooves are formed by photoetching on the outer peripheries of the bearings 23, 24 opposed to the can 6. Recesses 23a, 23b, to which shortcircuiting rings of the rotor are introduced, are formed on the bearings 23, 24, respectively. A spiral groove is similarly etched on the surface 25a of a thrust bearing 25 opposed to the bearing 24. Cooling sealing liquid 33 is agitated, pressurized and flowed upon rotation of the rotor, bending moment and diflection acted on the shaft 14 are suppressed, thereby efficiently cooling. In this manner, the structure can be simplified. |
