The rotatable clothes drier comprises an upright post (1) with slidably adjustable bush (2) carrying hinged (4) arms (3) each provided with a pivot point (5) somewhere along its length for a stay (6) of which the radially inner end is hinged (7) to the post. Clothes lines (8) are arranged between the arms (3). An extension (9) releasably securable (10,11) to the top of the post has hinges (12) at its upper end for further arms (13) of which the radially outer ends are slidably supported by the arms (13) when extended. The arm (13) are provided with lateral grooves or the like to permit securing covering material, e.g. waterproof sheets of plastic material, between them.
