PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device that cuts a metallic plate easily and in a short time by fusion cutting around the weld zone and takes out by opposing a hollow electrode bar held at the tip of a movable hollow rod vertically around the weld zone of the metallic plate and generating an arc. CONSTITUTION:In a torch 4, a hollow rod 13 that holds a hollow electrode bar 5 in a holding part 14 is held by bearings 15, 16 to allow free forward and backward movement. At the same time, it is restrained by the piston 22 of a cylinder 23 of a restraining device 20, and made movable back and forth by driving of a motor 25 through a screw 27 that fits to a screw hole 28 and a rotating shaft 26. Above-mentioned electrode bar 5 is opposed vertically around the weld zone 2 of a metallic plate welded to a metallic member 3 at the weld zone 2. This electrode is connected to a power source together with the metallic member 3 to generate an arc. At the same time, the hollow parts of the rod 13 and the electrode bar 5 are exhausted by a suction device cnsisting of an air inlet passage 31, an orifice 32 and an exhaust passage 30. Thus, the spot weld zone 2 of the metallic plate 1 can be melted and removed easily. |
