PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a liqud-sealed motor by axialy providing a pair of bearing mechanisms for rotatably supporting a rotor shaft at the prescribed interval, forming spiral bearings on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft and supporting a thrust load by one bearing. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 13 engaged with a rotor core 8 is supported by bearings 13a and 13b, 13c at both sides of the core 8. The bearings 13a-13c are maintained by etching a spiral groove twisted oppositely on the outer periphery and holding at the prescribed interval form the hollow hubs 7a, 6a of brackets 7, 6. The end 13a of the shaft 13 is opposed at the prescribed interval from the bottom of the hollow hub 7a to support a thrust load. As the rotor rotates, a cooling sealed liquid 21 is agitated and pressurized to flow through the gaps, thereby cooling the parts. In this manner, the structure can be simplified, and the maintenance can be facilitated. |
