Phospholipids of the formula <IMAGE> in which A denotes -N(CH3)3OH, monomethylamino, dimethylamino or amino; and n and m denote an integer of 4-22, are prepared by reacting corresponding 1-( omega -methoxycarbonylalkyl)-2-alkylglycerols with beta -bromoethylphosphoryl dichloride and replacing the bromine by the corresponding radical of the amine and hydrolysing the compound obtained. The compounds have interesting pharmacological properties. They can be bound to chromatographic resins via the free carboxyl group.
