PURPOSE:To eliminate a surface temperature difference and to execute a temperature control being faithful to a temperature graduation by measuring a time required for making an output of a temperature sensor part reach prescribed voltage, and changing a control temperature, in a temperature control device used for a floor heating device. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature of an electric carpet is low, the potential of an output 2b of a temperature detecting circuit 2 is compared with the potential of an input part 6a, and when the output 2b is smaller, a signal is generated from a voltage comparing circuit 6, a relay coil 8 is energized, and a contact P is closed. When the carpet is heated, and the potential of the output 2b of the temperature detecting part 2 becomes higher than the voltage of an input part 5a of a voltage comparing circuit 5, a counting circuit K counts the number of pulses of an output 3b of a pulse generating circuit 3. When an output 5b is changed to H from L, the count number is stored in a state deciding circuit 13, and a set temperature of a temperature setting part L is designated. This set temperature is compared with a temperature of the output 2b, and a temperature of a heater H is controlled. |
