PURPOSE:To confirm easily the coincidence of two car body numbers by collating the first engraved print obtained by taking the car body number of a car body before painting by a reverse pressure sensible sheet, with the second engraved print obtained by taking the car body number of a caution plate by a positive pressure sensible sheet. CONSTITUTION:In the assembly process of a car body, a car body number is engraved basing on a computer card CPU sent as a pair with the car body, and as to this engraved part, the first engraved print 4 is taken by a reverse pressure sensible sheet. The engraved print detours the following painting process together with the CPU to sent to a vehicle assembly process. In this process, the engraved print 4 and the CPU are thrown into the car body again as joinned, the CPU is made to correspond to the car body number, and thereafter, the CPU and the engraved print 4 are detached from the car body, and basing on the CPU, the car body number is engraved on a caution plate CTP and is attached to the car body. As for the number of the CTP, the second engraved print 5 is taken by a positive pressure sensible sheet, and the engraved print 4 and 5 are superposed and are collated optically, to confirm the coincidence and the dissidence of the car body numbers of both car body and CTP easily. |
