PURPOSE:To prevent the collision from behind a car by informing a driver of the fact that the distance between cars goes below a preset safe distance corresponding to the speed of the car by means of a buzzer and giving the same information to a subsequent car by means of a flash lamp. CONSTITUTION:An oscillator that issues forward straight advancing oscillating waves is coupled with a speedometer and the distance toward a preceding car is automatically measured by the oscillating waves. When the distance between cars goes below a preset safe distance corresponding to the speed of the car attention is given to a driver in a car by means of a buzzer and an alarm is issued to a subsequent car by means of a flash lamp and/or the speed of his or her car is indicated in digital display. As a result, the collision accident of the car may be prevented. |
