PURPOSE:To reduce noises of a bias type line transfer sensor by arranging a horizontal switch circuit and a horizontal signal line above and below an image pickup area, and dividing a vertical signal line. CONSTITUTION:A figure shows a figure of an equivalent circuit as one example of a hybrid sensor. Then HCCD10 is connected to the 1st output terminal of the 1st transfer electrode 7, and the 2nd output terminal of the 1st transfer electrode 7 and a noise absorbing power source 8A are connected by the 3rd transfer electrode 8. Two outut terminals of the 1st transfer electrode 7, however, are isolated electrically from each other. The horizontal switch circuit and HCCD10 are arranged above and below the image pickup area respectively. Then, VSL3 (A, B) and a clock power source phi5 are connected by a capacitor 22. The vertical scanning line 14 and a clock power source phi9 are connected bya switch 23 (A, B). The output terminal of a vertical scanning circuit 12 controls a switch 23. The vertical scanning line 14 and clock power source phi8 are connected by a capacitor 21. |
