PURPOSE:To execute optimum high frequency driving and also to make a titled power source small-sized and highly efficient by preventing a displacement current of a semiconductor element by a simple circuit configuration, in a two stone type switching power source. CONSTITUTION:When two-stone semiconductor elements M1, M2 coupled to transformer primary windings n11, n12 turn on and turn off alternately and supply electric power to a load, electric power is supplied from separate windings n31, n32 or n33, n34 provided on a transformer TM by at least one signal between an on-signal of one semiconductor element M1 and an off-signal of the other semiconductor element M2 so that a control electrode of the other semiconductor element M1 of M2 is biased in the reverse direction. When the reverse bias is applied to the control electrode, a current derived by dv/dt is led out to the control electrode from a drain electrode or an anode and turns round an external circuit, therefore, no displacement current flows. |
