PURPOSE:To prevent the fall of powdered material in a bucket by making the pulley of a bucket-type non-end conveyor belt and the related contact section V-shaped in their cross sections, so as to make full rotary operation, and making the conveyor belt to tightly engage with the bucket-type conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:V pulleys 181 and 182 with a peripheral groove 18 of V-shaped cross section are formed on the external surface of the upper and lower drive wheels 41 and 42 of a bucket-type non-end conveyor belt 3 and a protruded edge 20 of V-shaped cross section formed lengthwise on the inner surface of the belt 3 engages with the peripheral groove 18. As a result, the linking between the belt 3 and the drive wheels 41 and 42 is tightened and rotary operation is ensured. In addition, a recessed groove 22 of V-shaped cross section that is arranged lengthwise in series on the outer surface of both side edges of the belt 3 tightly engages with a protruded edge 21 of V-shaped cross section formed in the longitudinal direction of both side outer edges of a flat conveyor belt 5 for confinement so that powdered material in the bucket may be prevented from falling. |
