PURPOSE:To execute heat insulation after boiling once an object to be heated, by combining a self-holding circuit and a delaying circuit, and releasing self- holding of a relay by turning off a delay switch. CONSTITUTION:A self-holding circuit for bringing a relay X to a self-holding operation and executing electric conduction to a heating heater 11 is provided. On the other hand, a delay switch 12 consisting of a break type bimetal 13 and a positive characteristic thermistor 14 which thermally couples the bimetal, and an electric conduction start bimetal which is turned on when a temperature of a liquid to be heated exceeds a set temperature and starts electric conduction to the positive characteristic of the delay switch 12 are provided, and by turning off the bimetal 13 of the delay switch 12, self-holding of the relay X is released. Accordingly, water of a pot is heated and boiled once, and after sterilization and volatilization of chlorine in city water, water in the pot can be heat insulated. |
