PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing steps as well as to reduce usage of varnish by holding a magnetic structure with U-shaped case body and a covering member and coating two end surface of the magnetic structure with varnish as well as by filling up only a crevice produced between the case body and the covering member with varnish. CONSTITUTION:A case body 26 is composed of two side plates 28 and 29 and a bottom plate 27 made of color steel plate two surfaces of which is white and the body is bent in approximate U-shape where the bottom plate 27 and the covering member 30 holds the magnetic structure 11. An iron core body 16 is coated with ultraviolet-curing type unsaturated polyester group varnish of white color series 33 on its two end surfaces by method of dropping or the like. Then the varnish 33 coating is cured by irradiation with ultraviolet to close two ends of the iron core body 16 with covering a joint 43 of two ends of the iron core body 16 and side surfaces of the case body 26 and a joint of front surfaces of tongues 19 and 20 of bobbins 12 and 13 and the case body 26. Nextly thermosetting type unsaturated polyester group varnish 34 is impregnated through a pouring hole of the covering body 30 into crevices among the case body 26, the bobbins 12 and 13, the iron core body 16 and the covering body 30 to fill up them and then the impregnated varnish is cured by heating. |
