PURPOSE:To make the operation surer and reduce the number of used parts and improve the working efficiency with a simple constitution by retains freely rotatable and slidable a sliding plate having plural sliding grooves to a substrate by means of a shaft planted in the substrate piercing the sliding groove. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 12 planted in the substrate 1 supports freely rotatably and slidably the sliding plate 10 through the sliding groove 10a of the sliding plate 10 having plural sliding grooves and is equipped with a drop preventing measure by a screw 15 at the end of the shaft 12. A rotary body 11 is supported by a shaft 14 platned freely rotatables in the substrate 1 and a pin 15 planted in the rotary body 11 is retained to the sliding groove 10b of the sliding plate 10. By using such a constitution, the sliding plate itself is turned and slid to reduce the number of the part used and improve the working efficiency with the simple constitution.
