PURPOSE:To realize various reproducing operations by dividing the one-field two-dimensional screen of a video format signal into plural blocks, and inserting sound information into a specific block and picture information and control information into a remaining block. CONSTITUTION:The sound information and the control information separated by a signal separating circuit 7 are supplied to error correcting circuits 8 and 9 to make error corrections. Then, the sound information is written in a memory 10 for time-axis expansion at a high frequency f1. It is read by a low-speed clock of sampling frequency f1 and processed by time-axis expansion to obtain real- time sound data. Then, the signal is demodulated into an original analog signal by a D/A converter. A block part where the sound information is inserted is substituted with another video signal obtained from a computer, etc., by a video synthesize circuit 15 to clampe to a constant level and to output. An external sound signal is selected as an output sound signal when no sound signal is outputted, or when a switch 16 is operated. |
