PURPOSE:To execute exactly a temperature control by constituting so that a heating speed is controlled basing on a temperature of the surface of an autoclave shell at the first stage,and a temperature control is executed basing on a temperature of the inside of the autoclave after reaching a prescribed temperature. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a set temperature of a control signal output means 8 and a set temprature of a control signal output means 7 are set to a control temperature (t) of the inside of an autoclave and a temperature t1 of the surface of the autoclave shell, respectively. When an electric power source is turned on, a current controller 9 controls a heater current of an electric furnace 2 basing on a control signal of the control signal output means 7. When a temperature of the surface of the autoclave shell reaches the set value t1, a changeover switch 10 is switched to the side of the control signal output means 8 by a switching signal from the control signal output means 7, and the current controller is controlled, detecting directly a temperature of the inside of the autoclave. |
