PURPOSE:To make the whole of a camera small in size and light in weight, by providing one-digit components of LED array closely to a film running face and driving this LED carry synchronously with movement of a film to write the year, the month, the day, the time, etc. of photographing successively. CONSTITUTION:One-digit components of LED array 2 consisting of, for example, 7 segments is are provided at the rear of the running face of a film 1 closely to this face, and a position detector 6 which detects the position of a frame on a basis of the extent of movement of the film 1 is provided near a take-up spool 5 of the film 1. The signal outputted from the position detector 6 is sent to a driving circuit (LSI) 3, and the LED array 2 is lit intermittently in accordance with the extent of movement of the film 1 on a basis of this signal at the winding time while changing the display. Thus, the year, the month, the day, the time, etc. are written optically successively in prescribed positions of one frame of a photographed image. |
