摘要 |
PURPOSE:To increase the area wherein flaw detection is completed at a time by switching plural probes successively and transmitting ultrasonic wave pulses. CONSTITUTION:A signal 1-b for driving oscillation pulses of an ultrasonic flaw detector 1 is inputted to a probe switching part 6 to operate a switching element, and a storage processing part 5 and an ultrasonic wave signal switching part 7 are switched successively to send transmit pulses from an ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving terminal 1-c synchronously with the switching. A reflected signal is detected at the transmitting and receiving terminal 1-c through the ultrasonic wave signal switching part 7 and inputted to a plate thickness calculation part 7 through a plate thickness signal terminal 1-a. The plate thickness calculating part 3 opens a gate for a time corresponding to the plate thickness signal to count clock pulses, and the counted value is compared as plate thickness data with stored data in a corresponding storage element of a storage processing part 5 to replace the stored data when the counted value is greater than the stored data. |
