PURPOSE:To easily remove any clogging without fail by applying pressure to the clogged part while detecting the differential pressure between the front and back of a pressure feed passage by means of an operate check valve and opening the same valve by making use of said differential pressure in case any clogging is produced in said pressure feed passage. CONSTITUTION:In case there is no clogging along a pressure feed passage 4, powdered materials in a tank 2 are forcedly and smoothly sent to a hopper 3 by making use of pressure from a pressure source 10. On the contrary, when some clogging 1a is caused on the way of the pressurized feed passage 4, a differential pressure is produced across a clogging preventing device 11 located on a passage 6f opposing to the clogging 1a. And, this differential pressure is transmitted to a passage 18 in said device 11 to open an operate check valve 23, thus allowing the passages 18, 21 to be communicated with each other. Accordingly, the pressure in the pressurized feed passage 4 is jetted toward the clogging 1a through a passage 6e, a bypass 5, said device 11, and the passage 6f, removing the clogging 1a. |
