PURPOSE:To detect measuring points automatically, by providing a transmitting device on one of weights, which are held by a setting plate having holes corresponding to the measuring points, providing a receiving device on the other of the weights, and conducting the transmitting device and the receiving device through the holes in the setting plate. CONSTITUTION:Holes 8a are provided in a setting plate 8 in correspondence with measuring points (equally divided into 8 parts) of the measuring surface of a bearing to be measured. Therefore, with the rotation of a rotary shaft 1 at a low speed, rotary angles 45 deg., 90 deg., 135 deg., 180 deg., 225 deg., 270 deg., 315 deg., and 360 deg.=0 deg. (in the case of 8 equally divided parts) can be detected by a light source lamp 11 and a phototransistor 12, which are provided on weights 9. Based on the detected signals, automatic recording instructions are imparted through an operating circuit in a measuring box 7, and required data is recorded. Therefore marking-off is not required at every time as before, and working efficiency is largely improved. |
