PURPOSE:To avoid useless consumption of air-conditioning energy, by enabling to equip an air-conditioning system at a relatively low cost and to effect air- conditioning of a plurality of rooms independently and selectively. CONSTITUTION:In a common installation region A, there are provided a central heat driving unit 10 for cooling or heating a heat medium liquid and a piping system for feeding the heat medium liquid cooled or heated by the unit 10 separately to air-conditioning regions B of each house unit. In each air-conditioning region B, there is provided an air-conditioning unit 2 which consists of a heat exchanger 16 furnished with the heat medium liquid circulated through the piping system and a fan means 30 for heating or cooling air by passing the air through the heat exchanger 16. Cool or warm air supplied by the fan means 30 is introduced into a plurality of ducts 34A, 34B via a distributing unit 60 and then carried to outlet ports 36A, 36B for feeding cool or warm air to final air- conditioning terminals of rooms CA, CB. |
