PURPOSE:To discharge drainage, striking blades and flung away in the outer peripheral direction, to the outside by forming a radial drainage discharge hole on the inner peripheral face of a strip holder provided in one body with the exit side end face of a nozzle diaphragm outer ring. CONSTITUTION:A radial drainage discharge hole 11 is formed on the inner peripheral face of a strip holder 2a provided in one body with the exit side edge face of a nozzle diaphragm outer ring 2. Thus, drainage, striking a blade 5 and flung away in the outer peripheral direction, is discharged outside from the drainage discharge hole. |
