Compounds represented by the formula (I), wherein X represents an optionally substituted cyclic group, Y represents an optionally esterified or amidated carboxyl group, Z represents -CH=CH-CH=CH-, -S-(CH2) <SIGN> -S- <SIGN> : integer of 1 to 3), -N=CH-CH=N- or -(CH2)m- (m: integer of 3 to 5), ring A may be substituted by a halogen atom, and n represents an integer of 1 to 3, and the salts thereof. These compounds show a strong anti-anxiety effect on mammals, and are useful as prophylactic and curing agents for psychosomatic disease, anxiety neurosis, etc. |
