The prefilled syringe according to the invention comprises a syringe body (1) closed at one end by a front plug (2) and at the other end by a piston (4), a liquid substance to be injected (6) being contained inside said syringe body. An injection needle (7) is arranged, in storage conditions, substantially in the space containing the substance to be injected and is arranged so as to be displaced before the injection operation by means of an actuating member (10, 12) up to an injection position. |
