CONSTITUTION:As for the pyroelectric element 1, its effective sensitivity surface 10 has a thin wall, and it is stuck to a condensing lens 2 by an adhesive agent 9. By making this effective sensitivity surface 10 small in size and thin in thickness, the detection sensitivity becomes high, and since the whole element 1 is not made small in size and thin in thickness, it can be easily handled, and its manufacture yield becomes high. |
