A jigging conveyor for piece goods, in particular a cooling jigging conveyor, which is driven with two operating frequencies, the higher frequency causing the piece goods to be transported in the conveying direction while the lower frequency causes the piece goods only to vibrate without transporting them further in the conveying direction, and which is supplied by means of a feeding device, is to be further improved and constructed with simple means so as to provide as uniform a covering as possible of the conveyor. This is achieved if the jigging conveyor (1) has an accumulation section (C) (inlet or distribution section) with a slight inclination of the conveyor floor in and/or transversely with respect to the conveying direction, and, adjoining said section, a handling section (D) with a substantially level conveying floor. In this arrangement, the floor of the accumulation section (C) can be made roof-shaped or sloping on one side, or have individual surfaces of different inclination in and/or transversely with respect to the conveying direction. This jigging conveyor makes possible a space-saving design and can be used for different handling processes, such as drying, cooling, screening and heating processes. <IMAGE>
