The invention relates to a process for the production of mouldings from a preformed base part, in particular consisting of thermoplastic material, the surface of which is laminated fully or partially with textile material, a moisture-curing one-component adhesive preferably being applied to the base part immediately before the laminating operation, and the textile material being laid in place and exposed to steam, after which the two parts are pressed together under the effect of steam and heat.
